This is where the rolls come from. Wool is felted into a long roll, that is cut into slices.

Finally, there was some sunshine today, so I could go to the garden and take some photos.

So I can show you some earrings that I've just added to my Etsy shop. As always, quite big but very very light. OOAK pattern, no copy to be found ;-)

Changes, changes..

Hello there :-)

Lots of changes going on.

Firstly, I've decided to open a shop on German Dawanda, as the Polish website doesn't treat the shops fair.
I'm currently publishing my products there. My German DaWanda

Next, I've opened an account on Polyvore, but I don't feel at home there yet. I probably need some time to get the feeling. You can find me here

Yesterday I decided there's not much sense in writing in two languages at the same time, and I opened a fanpage in English. Hope you'll like it! 


I'm also trying to take better photos, but it's so hard these days. There's not much sunshine, too much wind and it often rains. Typical autumn in Poland..

Gifts for children

In two days there's a Child's Day in Poland. I lso have lots of friends who have children. And I sometimes think about buying a gift.

In my opinion, If you want to give a toy to a child buy a handmade one! There are so many fantastic things, that are safe, cute, adorable, not expensive. Kids have lots of toys "made in China"... They don't need more..

If it's a baby I usually get a sensory block or blanket - babies love them! Especially if they have many ribbons.

If the kid is older, I buy a had-sewn toy or a game.

It's almost June...

It's almost June and I've only made one pair of earrings.. It's all because finally spring has come! Almost summer :-) so we've started travelling. Generally, I'm rarely at home.

In the meantime I want to show you some of my finds, you can also see lots of things I fell in love with on my Google+. I'm definitely spending too much time on Etsy and Pinterest ;-)

As I read a lot, I'd love to have such a bookmark. So unusual!

  

 

Spring collection

As I don't have time to produce anything these days, still focusing on translation work, I'd like to share the spring collection of Poletsy here. One of my products has been included. The colours are fab!

People around me are preparing for Easter, but I simply don't have time. My mind is full of  terminal block, connectors and clamps, because that's what I'm translating.

How are your preparations? Any ideas for decorationg eggs? I'd love to make something different than every year.

This time I was included in a purple/violet treasury on Etsy :-) The set looks great!

A violet necklace is back

Due to the closing of Krzynka, a shop which was selling handmade product, some of my things came back. I'll try to put them on Etsy and DaWanda soon, some of them are already there.

You can get this very light necklace on Etsy, its colour is like amethyst or lavender maybe. A very nice bright violet. You can wear it just on your skin, merino wool is very soft.

It's also possible to order a similar necklace in many other colours! Just let me know.

W końcu udało mi się pododawać produkty i na Etsy i DaWandę.. Próbuję jeszcze ogarnąć jak działa promowanie rzeczy na Etsy..

Button squares on DaWanda?

When I finally got some time to put new products on DaWanda it just says NO...

For the last few hours it's been making me furious, as it has some errors, problems etc... I've managed to add just one thing.... Maybe tomorrow will be a better day...

Now I'll try to add Button squares on Etsy. I forgot I have a shop there...

Do you know any other platforms worth considering?

Wreszcie są! Nowości!

Ze zdjęciami nie było łatwo, a i tak nie jestem zadowolona. W mieszkanku ciemno, pogoda do bani, a jak w końcu wyszło słońce i poleciałam do ogródka robić zdjęcia, to zaczęło wiać i świecić za ostro. Aparat zgłupiał, a ja oczywiście zapomniałam wprowadzić korekcję ekspozycji. Więc jest jak jest, czyli szarawo.


Możecie już zobaczyć wszystkie nowe kolczyki na Facebooku, a wieczorem zacznę wrzucać produkty na DaWanda, potem na Etsy. Choć pewnie nie za dużo wrzucę, bo jak zwykle niespodziewanie chłop wraca, jutro mamy gości i chcę zrobić tiramisu.

My Etsy shop and the last necklace

A few weeks ago I decided to open a shop on Etsy. It wasn't easy, don't know why but I hardly understand anything of this site... It's so huge! With so many possibilities.. And so many teams, groups, ways to promote the shop. It will definitely take some time until I catch how it all works.

The shop is online again, after some errors of Etsy. Now there's time to add some more things.

And I need to make something new, I've sold almost all of the necklaces!

Felted jewellery that is absolutely unique

I create earrings, necklaces and brooches from merino wool. They are felted with my own hands (not from ready-made felt that is just glued!). That is why the patterns are unique - the results are always a bit of a surprise for me. The wool I use is very soft, nice to touch, and the colours are very lively! I do it because I love it, I care about the quality of my products.
